Jennifer Nicole Lee - Fitness Model

I think Jennifer Nicole Lee is probably one of the most beautiful fitness models out there.
She has a sleek, muscled form that borders on perfection and she has this wild, almost animal look at times, that just draws you in.
The animal look is why Jennifer got the nickname "La Tigra" early on in her modeling career.
But everything wasn't coming up roses for Jennifer at first.
Not only did Jenn have a rough childhood growing up that she had to overcome, but after the birth of her second son, her weight went up and Jennifer decided she wasn't happy about that.
So she launched herself into a training and nutrition regiment that allowed her to lose over 70 pounds.
And what did she do with that new toned body?
Well for starters she won the 2003 Miss Bikini Universe pageant and then turned around and won the Miss Bikini America contest in 2004 and then was crowned Miss Bikini America 2005.
And Jennifer is not just a pretty face (body), she is the CEO of her multi-million dollar company, JNL, Inc.
She's also part partner, creator, and designer of the Ab Circle Pro, and a fitness model and a personal trainer and an author.
And I probably missed a few things!

In 2010 Jennifer released two books.
The first was “The Mind, Body, & Soul Diet: Your Complete Transformational Guide to Health, Healing & Happiness” that not only covered fitness, but all aspects of living your life.
The book even got an endorsement from Jack Canfield, author of the best selling series “Chicken Soup of the Soul” and a major contributor to "The Secret"
You know it's funny to me that more fitness athletes haven't gotten behind the Secret. It you know anything about weight training and bodybuilding, you know that the techniques they use are very similar.
The second book was "The Jennifer Nicole Lee Fitness Model Diet"In that book, JNL gave fitness model beauty secrets, her favorite workouts and two weeks worth of recipes and food plans.
Plus advice on building a fitness model career.
According to her website, Jennifer will be releasing her third book, The Fun Fit Foodie this Spring.
But since it's almost Fall now....

Outside of fitness, Jennifer was named "America's Fittest Mom" by CBS News Online in a multi-page feature.
E! Entertainment named her one of the "Hottest Women on the Web".
And in early 2011, YouTube named Jennifer "Sexiest Woman on YouTube," and one of the "Hottest Women of 2011".

Like I said before, Jennifer is not only gorgeous, but a wonderful example that you can achieve your dreams.

And is it just me, or does she kinda look like Erica Durance from Smallville?
