Aksana (Zivile Raudoniene) - IFBB Figure Pro and WWE Diva

This young lady is IFBB Figure Pro Zivile Raudoniene.
Zivile was born on April 29th, 1982 in Lithuania.
She looked to have a very promising career in the IFBB figure division, until her career suddenly took a left turn and she signed with the WWE wrestling promotion.
Yes, the Figure competitor that was one of the ones favored to win the Ms. Figure Olympia, decided to become a WWE Diva.

This five foot five, one hundred and thirty pound competitor had already amassed a respectable contest history before she decided on her career change...

Of course the first thing you think when you see something like this is that the WWE paychecks are just bigger than the IFBB winner's purses.
Why else would you leave a profession that there is not a lot of physical risk in, for a sport where you can get thrown through tables in WWE wrestling matches?
Well maybe Zivile is just going to valet and not get into the ring, but that job description is getting pretty rare in pro wrestling these days.

Like all "new hires" in the WWE, Zivile had to report to their developmental facility Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) for training.
Zivile first showed up in FCW as "Olga" at the FCW Divas Halloween Costume contest in October.
Then her ring name changed to Aksana and she started managing wrestler Eli Cottonwood (Kipp Christianson).

Of course Zivile is not the first fitness star to make the transition to wrestling.
Lisa Marie Varon (WWE's Victoria and TNA's Tara), Torri Wilson, Trish Stratus, Melissa Coates, Christie Wolf, Nicole Bass, the Ultimate Warrior, John Cena, Tony Atlas, "Superstar" Billy Graham and many others started out in the fitness industry and moved to wrestling.
But I don't think any of them quit the fitness scene just as their career was about to peak like Zivile's was.  
So did this bodybuilder, fitness model and certified personal fitness trainer make the right choice?
Only time will tell.

Since this was written, Aksana has acquired a couple of titles in Florida Championship Wrestling.
She won the Queen of FCW crown on February 3rd, 2011 and the FCW Divas Championship on April 7th, 2011.

As of August 5th, 2011, Aksana has been moved to the SmackDown! roster.
She has also died her hair black and pretty much had a character make-over.
