Monique Minton - Female Fitness Model

This beautiful young lady is female fitness model, IFBB Figure Competitor, IFBB Bikini Pro and possible future MMA fighter Monique Minton Ricardo.
Monique is the reigning queen on my Asian fitness blog, holding the number one slot since May of 2009.
(Well she was...until Blogger decided to delete the blog)
She gets her exotic looks from her half Filipina, half Polish heritage.
Monique has been on the cover of the 2009 March-April Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine, and she's appeared on the cover of Flex magazine twice.
So far.
She is five foot, ten inches tall and weighs one hundred and fifty pounds.

And unlike a lot of other fitness models, Monique is not all show and no go.

As far as a possible MMA career, well a lot of that is conjecture on my part, but she is currently studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.
At Naga Europa (The North American Grappling Association), "Momo" won a gold medal in the no gi division while she was working as a bikini girl at the BSN (Bio-Engineered Supplements & Nutrition) booth in the expo going on next door!
Can you imagine what effect Monique Minton could have on MMA?

2009 - Robson Moura Grappling Championship - 1st Place Middle Heavy and 1st Place Open
2009 - No Gi Intermediate 1st Place and Expert Division 1st champion
2010 - Gi and No Gi -1st Place and Expert Division and 1st Place Gi
2010 - International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation - Worlds No Gi Championship - 1st Place

But that's gonna have to be if for awhile.
On February 1st, 2011 Monique announced she is pregnant.
So congratulations Monique!!

Monique and her husband had their baby, his name is Maxwell.
She is still in BJJ and has her brown belt now.
And Monique has returned to competing, she came in 10th at the 2012 IFBB Arnold Classic.
