Manifesting Abundance - The Secret To Creating Wealth

So what are the tricks to the law of attraction and creating wealth?
Well since I have been studying this matter since 2000, (long before The Secret came out) I thought I'd share a few basics that I have run across in my journey.
Now bear in mind that I am NOT saying any of these will work for you.
If they all did, I'd be rich right now.
Of course I'd still share my info for free even if I was.
There are many techniques for manifesting abundance, so give these a try if you wish and see what happens.

Of course the book that kicked off the law of attraction craze was The Secret.
Written by Rhonda Byrne, The Secret says that feelings and thoughts can attract events.
Yeah it's pretty much that simple.
Simply put, it's Ask, Believe, Receive.
The book and film both draw heavily on the old teachers of the laws of attraction.
Questions....
Ever notice that the people in the movie are all rich?
How may people do you know that read it became rich?
Just my opinion, but if I'm already a millionaire, it would be easy for me to attract more money.
Back when Steve Martin was doing just stand up, he used to have a routine in his act where he said...
"I am going to give you the secret to becoming a millionaire. It's simple, fool-proof and anyone can do it. First step...get a million dollars. Second step...."
The Secret got to the top of the New York Times bestseller list and the film reached number 1 on the sales charts on Amazon.com.
Now, out of those millions and millions of readers...how many became rich?
Did a global consciousness shift suddenly sweep the world?
Now I'm not saying the ideas in the book and movie weren't valid, but you can't take Wallace Wattles, William Walker Atkinson and Charles F. Haanel's deep thoughts, throw them in a blender and say "Look! This is perfect now!"

Now Neville's approach to manifesting abundance was a little different.
He called it The Law, the technique of creating physical reality through imagining.
Neville believed (this is a very simple version) that God is inside you, he knows what you want/need, so you believe (imagine) what you want is already here.
Then you give thanks for it.
Neville was also very big on using this technique to help others.
When you see a homeless person, imagine him as gainfully employed and in good health.
Basically want for him what you want for you.
The Golden Rule so to speak.
Neville has a lot of other ideas that you may, or may not, be able to accept, but he bears reading.

Joseph Murphy (The Power of Your Subconscious Mind) was taught by the same man that taught Neville.
But if you read his books, he took the ideas in a slightly different way.
He also advocated everyone's own belief system, as long as you did just that...believe.
Dr.Murphy said...
“You were born to be rich. You grow rich by the use of your God-given faculties, by tuning in with the Infinite, and as your mind becomes productive and full of good ideas, your labor will become more productive and will bring you all kinds of material riches."

I got into Sigils via comic book writer Grant Morrison, who to put it mildly is a trip, who got it from Austin Osman Spare.
The idea with Sigils is that you form a statement of what you want, then the words of the statement of intent are reduced into an abstract design.
Then you charge the sigil with your intent.
Grant came up with (or popularized) the hypersigil, which is an extended work, not just one symbol.
I tried sigils with no results.
BUT, I taught someone else how to do it, and what they wanted manifested in about 24 hours.
"Those that can't do teach" huh?
Anyway, the technique is fairly complicated so here is a very detailed explanation....

The Master Key System was originally published as a correspondence course in 1912.
The man that wrote the book was Charles F. Haanel, an author, millionaire, entrepreneur, and businessman.
Haanel practiced what he preached and was a self made success who owned several major companies.
You can buy the book, or you can find it in full on many websites of the net.
As far as credentials for this book go, in 1919, Napoleon Hill (Think and Grow Rich) wrote a letter to Haanel thanking him for the book.
That's pretty big praise considering Think and Grow Rich has sold well over 30 million copies.

Allegedly, Wallace Wattles got the idea for The Science of Getting Rich from Phineas Quimby's "mental healing movement".
Wallace thought that if your state of mind has a positive influence over how you feel physically, then could it lead to prosperity, happiness and love?
So Wattles began to apply Quimby's "mental healing" techniques to financial and physiological situations.
By the way, The Science of Getting Rich came out before The Master Key System and Think and Grow Rich, so if you want some source material, this may well be it.

Almost everyone includes As a Man Thinketh on their lists, but I have a problem with it.
I'm sure the book is very good, but Allen himself never achieved great fame or wealth.
I know that sounds bad, but if he knew these techniques and they worked, why didn't they help him?
He barely made enough money from his writings to cover expenses...kinda strange for a guy that wrote From Poverty To Power isn't it?
Of course maybe he didn't want fame or wealth for himself, just others.
I can't pretend to know his mind.
So the book itself may be worth a look.

So there you have it, all the "secrets" to creating wealth.
Why didn't I just give you one technique?
Because like I said in the Sigils part, what works for one will not always work for another.
