Fitness Women

Fit women come in all shapes and sizes.
Some are large and heavily muscled and some are lean and sleek.
I've done a few Hub Pages on some of the big fitness stars, but I thought I'd do some on the ladies you may or may not have heard of.
Some of these ladies are real up and comers and if they haven't already, you'll probably be seeing them gracing the covers of fitness magazines before long.

Ashley King was born on July 24, 1977 in Columbia South Carolina.
She's 5'2 and weighs between 105 and 115 pounds.
(That's off season and training.)

Another up and coming fitness model and competitor is Laura Coleman.
Laura stands 5'7" and weighs 127.
She was the Overall Collegiate Champion at the 2005 Junior California Bodybuilding/Figure Championships and won 1st Place Open Figure F Class.
Laura came in fourth at the 2005 NPC Los Angeles Bodybuilding/Figure Championships in Class F.
In 2007, she came in first place in Class F at the NPC Los Angeles Bodybuilding/Figure Championships.
And also in 2007, Laura was named Ms. Huntington Beach at the AVP Hot Beach Body Contest.
Laura has appeared in fitness magazines like Oxygen, Ironman, Muscle Mag and Muscular Development.

Here's another Russian female bodybuilder Elena Shportun.

Even when she's cracking up, you can see what an incredible set of abs this woman has achieved.

Elena has been in more bodybuilding competitions than I can list here.

But earlier this year she finally made it to the US and won Middleweight and Overall at the Arnold Amateur International Bodybuilding Championship.

And somewhere in between the big muscled look and the sleek look is Spanish bodybuilder Paloma Parra.
She is another lady with a long contest history that started back in 1996 when she placed third at the Spanish IFBB Bodybuilding.Championship.

On the other end of the scale we have Russian female bodybuilder Olga Guryeva.
In 2006 Olga placed sixth at the European Amateur Championships (IFBB, MiddleWeight) and ninth at the World Amateur Championships (IFBB, HeavyWeight).
In 2007 she placed first at the European Amateur Championships (IFBB, HeavyWeight) and eighth at the World Amateur Championships (IFBB, HeavyWeight)
